  • HCS SB 655 (Sponsor Brian Munzlinger of Clarence): Repeals the Advisory Council to the Director of the Missouri Agriculture Experiment Station and establishes the Fertilizer Control Board. STATUS: Senate and House Truly Agreed To and Finally Passed; Sent to Governor Nixon.
  • HCS SB 665 (Sponsor Mike Parson of Bolivar): Allows the Agri-Missouri Advisory Commission to establish a fee for sellers electing to use the Agri-Missouri trademark so long as the fees do not yield revenue greater than administering the objectives of the Commission and the trademark. House Committee added renewal of Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority (MASBDA) tax credits including: the New Generation Cooperative Tax Credit, Qualified Beef Tax Credit and Ag Product Utilization Tax Credit (HB 2632).
